Sometimes I let my get anxiety get the best of me, and this has been one of those weeks. Inspirational quotes often just make me roll my eyes, but sometimes they really hit the spot (hence the quote above). I also try drinking warm tea, cleaning, and listening to music. One song I just discovered this past weekend and have been listening to on repeat is Nature Boy by Pomplamoose. Everything about it is so perfectly done and it really helps me calm down about everything. It also reminds me a bit of how my mom used to sing to me before bed when I was a kid : ) What do you do to help with anxiety and facing fears?
