What I wore today:
Long, long day. Note to self: in the future, don't attempt to draw while tired. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but as I started drawing, I realized there was no way I was going to be able to accurately draw each item of clothing on the same page - hence, the cut-outs of each individual piece, pasted on a separate sheet of paper. In the end, I actually think it looks kind of cute like this? Kind of reminds me of the days when I used to play with paper dolls -- do kids still play with those anymore? I hope so!
Oh, also unfortunately I still don't have a black colored pencil, so my pants and booties are temporarily colored in gray. It bothers me that it's inaccurate, but I wanted to post my outfit today mainly because I love my jacket, so I figured I would at least post the general outfit and can color in the pants and shoes later.
Also, I just want to mention how much I love this J.Crew canvas bag. I got it about a month or so ago and use it all the time - I'd been looking for a large tote bag like this for a while to carry my extra books (ugh law school...) around, but wanted something cute, large, lightweight, and inexpensive (harder to find than you'd think). And fiiinally! I found this gem at the J.Crew in the Time Warner Center - true love :)
Phew. Apparently I'm quite wordy when I'm sleepy! Good night! Enjoy!
